It is perfectly okay to change your mind and therefore you can of course undo your purchase, undo it, change in your order or return your item. However, there are some things you need to know and be aware of if you want to return or undo your purchase.
Withdrawal period
The cancellation period expires 60 days after the day you receive the item in physical possession, and the cancellation period is complied with if you give clear notice that you regret the purchase before the cancellation period has expired. You can not regret by refusing to receive the item, or by failing to pick it up without at the same time giving notice that you regret. If you have ordered several items in an order and we cannot deliver the items at the same time, the cancellation period expires, you will receive the last item in physical possession.
The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case within 60 days from the date we have been notified of your decision to cancel your purchase. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly stated otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have previously provided proof that you have returned it.
Item condition and packaging
The condition of the item and the original packaging are two important parameters when you need to return an item. In Exlusive Nordic, we recommend that you always save the original packaging, as we in Exlusive Nordic require that you return the item in the original packaging. Please note that the packaging can be opened but not damaged. If the packaging is missing or damaged, it may constitute an impairment for which you are liable. In addition, it is important to point out that you must make sure to pack the item securely when you return it. You bear the risk of the package / goods until we have received it / them. Therefore, we recommend that you save the receipt as well as any track & trace number.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of an item as a result of handling the item other than what is necessary to determine the appearance, properties or functionality of the item.
