If you have been so unlucky to receive a defective item, please fill out our complaint form below.
Once we have received your complaint, we process it as soon as possible in accordance with the Purchase Act, and remedy the defect as best we can. Based on your photos, we assess whether the complaint is based on a production or material defect, or whether it may. due to ordinary wear and tear.
If we assess that the complaint is justified, we will typically be able to remedy the defect when delivering spare parts, repairing or replacing.
If the warranty on the product has expired, or if you have accidentally damaged your Elzando furniture, you are of course also welcome to contact Elzando Customer Service, who will try to remedy the problem at the lowest possible price for you.
If, contrary to expectations, you do not agree with our assessment of your complaint, you have other options.
