DELIVERY AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
At Exlusive Nordic, our goal is to ensure your experience is enjoyable and seamless from the moment you place your order until it arrives in your home. To ensure that, we have our own delivery team, that work on the behalf of you. That’s ensure us to keep the luxury experiences that you deserve. Depending on the items purchased and the delivery methods available for each item, your order could be delivered in multiple shipments.
All our Delivery and freight is CO2 NEUTRAL
All our delivery options are free, and it is possible the express goods will be delivered with express
Delivery of express goods or Customize products
When you order express on stock items on ExlusiveNordic.com, these are delivered either with GLS, Maersk or Nordic Exlusive within 2-4 working days. And of course, it’s at your chosen address – whether it’s your home address or your job.
If you chose customize the absolutely delicious armchair or other larger furniture, these will be delivered with either a freight forwarder or Elusive Nordic Delivery or if you chose to collection point near you. That does not mean you have to wait any longer for your express items. They will still be delivered as soon as possible, and no later than after 60 working days. We make reservations for sold out items or items that are not in stock.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICE
Our professionally trained delivery team will unpack, inspect, assemble, and place your furniture in the room of your choice as well as removing all packaging and debris. This service includes furniture, larger décor, uniquely shaped items, and items that are too fragile to ship through Package Carrier Delivery
What to expect with White Glove Delivery Service:
Order Confirmation
- You will receive an order confirmation email noting estimated delivery timeframes. If any items are not in stock, it will include an approximate delivery window when your merchandise will arrive at our warehouse.
Preparing for Delivery
- It is your responsibility to ensure furnishings fit in desired rooms, as well as through doorways, stairways, elevators and hallways. Please see our Measuring for Furniture Delivery. These are merely guidelines for measuring and do not guarantee your furniture will fit.
- It is your responsibility to verify that the room of your choice is suitable for your furniture and cleared of existing furniture as our delivery team is not permitted to move or dispose of existing furniture or other items.
- If you live in a high rise or condominium which requires a Certificate of Insurance, please contact us after placing your order.
- Due to weight and size, some furniture can be delivered to first floor only, no steps. This will be noted on the product details page for applicable items
Scheduling Delivery
- In Stock: You will be contacted to schedule your delivery appointment within 2-3 business days of purchase (3-14 business days for National Delivery).
- Deferred Delivery: Delivery will occur once all of the items become available and ready to ship. You will be contacted once your items arrive at our warehouse.
- We will only hold merchandise in our warehouse for 90 days. After that time period has passed, full payment is required and we must schedule delivery of your order.
Delivery Day
- An individual 18 years or older, must be home to accept delivery and inspect your order.
- You will receive an SMS from us the day before, your products are ready for delivery. On the day of delivery, the driver will call you approx. half an hour before arrival at your address.
- Furniture items will be carefully unpacked and assembled and the packing materials removed. (excludes lighting, mirrors, and wall art)
- Items such as lighting, mirrors, and wall art will not be unboxed, inspected, assembled or installed. Our delivery team is not permitted to install any electrical equipment or wall-mounted items.
- Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, U.S. territories and international destinations require custom quotes and order subtotals must be $2,000 or more. Please contact Nordic Exlusive or your local store for details.
- The agreement with our delivery partners is based on fast and safe delivery of the furniture. It is therefore not possible to pay on delivery, and the freight forwarders have the opportunity to install furniture, however, they do not have the opportunity to remove any waste, even against cash payment.
- We point out that if the driver drives in vain with the delivery, you must unfortunately pick up at the nearest pick up for a new delivery, the freight is paid for yourself. Also note that for safety reasons, the driver must not take off his shoes during delivery. It is therefore a good idea to give a possible dirt base for delicate floors.
When you receive your new furniture
- It is important that you check that the correct name is on the label and that there is no visible damage to the packaging or product. If everything is as it should be, you will be asked to acknowledge receipt.
- If the packaging is damaged or shows other visible signs of being defective, you must acknowledge receipt on the consignment note, subject to any damage to the contents.
If an item is found to be damaged or defective after unpacking, contact Nordic Exlusive Customer Service as soon as possible and within a reasonable time, who will help with a solution.
We recommend that you do this as soon as possible, especially in case of transport damage. - If you want to return your goods, these must be delivered in the same condition and in original packaging. If you dispose of the packaging after unpacking, you will lose your right to return the item. It is therefore a good idea to fold the packaging together and store it until you have finally decided.

• You always have the option of returning goods, buy making an appointment with Exlusive Nordic or in your nearest Exlusive Nordic store. From the time of delivery, you have 30 days to decide whether you can do without your new design accessor
